Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, along with strong spoken and written communication skills. The position requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and a dependable internet connection. A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.

Preferred background

Experience working remotely, familiarity with CRM tools, and prior email or chat support experience will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this role is $28 to $35 per hour, with an estimated annual earning potential of $58,000 to $72,000.
