We are looking for a careful, tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to join a fully remote support team. In this position, you will assist users with technical questions, diagnose everyday issues, and contribute to a smooth, positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Handle support inquiries coming in through email, chat, and phone.
- Identify and fix frequent hardware and software problems.
- Help users regain access to accounts, resolve login troubles, and reset passwords.
- Walk customers through solutions using clear, easy-to-follow instructions.
- Keep accurate records of cases, resolutions, and customer conversations.
- Pass along more complex technical matters to the appropriate specialist teams.
- Maintain thorough documentation that supports ongoing service improvements.
- Provide courteous, professional, and customer-first assistance at all times.
Required Background
You should have at least one year of experience in technical support, IT support, or a help desk environment. Strong communication and troubleshooting ability are essential, along with working familiarity with Windows, macOS, and commonly used software tools. You also need to be comfortable diagnosing issues remotely, have a dependable internet connection, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
It is helpful if you have used ticketing platforms such as Zendesk or Jira, supported Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, worked remotely before, or have a basic understanding of networking.
Compensation and Benefits
This position pays $30 to $38 per hour, with estimated annual earnings of $62,000 to $79,000 plus performance-based incentives.
