Overview

Join a professional remote team as a Customer Service Representative focused on delivering a positive customer experience. In this position, you will support customers through email, chat, and phone, resolve issues independently, and communicate in a calm, helpful, and professional manner.

What You Will Handle

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong spoken and written communication ability.
  • Comfort working on your own in a remote setup.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Dependable internet access.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience working remotely.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and platforms.
  • Background in email and chat-based customer support.

Compensation

The role pays $28 to $35 per hour. The estimated yearly earning range is $58,000 to $72,000.
