Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join a dynamic team based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This position demands full-time attendance at the office and involves working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer support through effective communication in English and Hindi.
• Maintain a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
• Ability and readiness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Graduates preferred; however, undergraduate candidates are also welcome to apply.
• Both freshers and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Freshers can expect a monthly cost to company (CTC) of ₹16,000 with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹11,240.
• Experienced candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience can earn a monthly CTC of ₹18,000, an approximate in-hand salary of ₹13,163, plus a quarterly performance bonus of ₹3,192.
• Work schedule includes six working days per week with one weekly day off on a rotational basis.
• Each shift lasts 9 hours total, comprising 8 hours of active work and a 1-hour break.
