Job description
Role Overview
We are urgently seeking Customer Support Executives for telecalling roles involving both inbound and outbound call handling. Candidates will be required to work on-site in various locations within Mumbai's suburbs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service through voice and non-voice communication.
Job Details and Requirements
- Face-to-face interviews are mandatory for all applicants.
- This position is strictly work-from-office.
- Work locations include Thane, Dombivli, Airoli, Rabale, Ghansoli, Turbhe, Malad, Virar, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, and Andheri.
- Shift timings are day shifts with rotational offs.
- Work schedule involves six working days per week.
- Fluency in Hindi is compulsory; Marathi and English are also required. Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is an added advantage.
