Role Overview
Vishal Consultants is looking to hire a Customer Support Executive in Mohali. The position focuses on managing customer interactions professionally, sharing accurate product or service details, and helping resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns over phone, email, and chat, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and courteously.
- Share correct information about products and services based on each customer’s needs and preferences.

Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in an international BPO setup handling customer support tasks is preferred.
