Role Overview
This position offers more than routine support tasks. It is ideal for customer-centric professionals eager to influence the overall customer journey by providing insights that enhance products, workflows, and support operations. In this role, you will interact closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance departments, expanding your capabilities within a highly regarded organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries thoroughly via email, chat, and telephone, ensuring responses are precise, empathetic, and of high quality.
- Address and resolve complicated client issues, such as account verification, transaction discrepancies, and technical escalations, while keeping customers continuously updated.
- Serve as a customer advocate by identifying challenges and delivering actionable feedback to internal teams.
- Spot opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction by automating or streamlining repetitive tasks.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Operations, and other departments to resolve problems and elevate the customer experience.
- Adhere strictly to compliance, risk management, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of one year’s experience in customer support, customer experience, or operational roles, preferably in financial services, fintech, or superannuation sectors.
- Strong empathy toward customers with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of delivering clear and straightforward explanations.
- Confident, inquisitive, and capable of exercising thoughtful judgment.
- Comfortable navigating systems, working with data, and embracing technology.
- A self-starting problem solver who proactively suggests improvements.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
