Jobright is an AI-powered job search assistant focused on improving how people find work. The company is looking for a Data Analyst to work across client-facing and internal processes, turning data into reports and visual dashboards that help guide decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Embed into client and internal workflows so that data-backed insights become part of everyday analysis and decision-making.
  • Create tailored, timely reports and visualizations that support both internal product teams and external clients with clear, practical analysis.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to data requests, while explaining findings in a professional and easy-to-understand way.
  • Coordinate with the manager and wider team on a regular basis to improve data models and boost agent performance.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to present data trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, analytics methods, and the basic logic behind AI and machine learning systems.
  • Prior internship or project exposure in a data analyst, research, or support role within a technology or AI-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Experience translating complex datasets into actionable, easy-to-digest insights is preferred.
  • Technical familiarity with Python or R, data modeling, and SQL/database management is preferred.

Additional information

This position is based in Canada and follows an onsite work arrangement. The role is intended for full-time employment.
