Responsibilities
- Embed into client and internal workflows so that data-backed insights become part of everyday analysis and decision-making.
- Create tailored, timely reports and visualizations that support both internal product teams and external clients with clear, practical analysis.
- Respond quickly and effectively to data requests, while explaining findings in a professional and easy-to-understand way.
- Coordinate with the manager and wider team on a regular basis to improve data models and boost agent performance.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related technical discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to present data trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of statistics, analytics methods, and the basic logic behind AI and machine learning systems.
- Prior internship or project exposure in a data analyst, research, or support role within a technology or AI-oriented environment is preferred.
- Experience translating complex datasets into actionable, easy-to-digest insights is preferred.
- Technical familiarity with Python or R, data modeling, and SQL/database management is preferred.

This position is based in Canada and follows an onsite work arrangement. The role is intended for full-time employment.
