Role Overview
The position of Payments & Account Rectification Data Analyst involves close collaboration with Calculation Specialists focused on customer reimbursement and account correction projects. The analyst will be responsible for verifying interest refund computations, scrutinising reconciliation datasets, and thoroughly analysing complex data collections to guarantee precision and consistency in all remediation efforts. This role is essential for preserving customer confidence and ensuring exemplary outcomes.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Analyze and validate substantial data sets with great precision and detail orientation.
- Independently test and authenticate calculation formulas used in customer refund and restitution processes.
- Review, analyze, and reconcile refund-related data files efficiently, meeting strict deadlines.
- Employ strong analytical abilities to detect inconsistencies, trends, and recommend improvements.
- Compile and communicate testing outcomes, emphasizing risks, problems, and suggestions aligned with data insights and business criteria.
- Effectively manage stakeholders and establish productive working connections across multiple teams.
