About the Role

We are seeking a careful and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support the accuracy and organization of company records. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working with information, pays close attention to details, and takes pride in producing error-free work.

The right candidate will be comfortable working on their own, understand how to manage sensitive information responsibly, and consistently maintain high standards of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input new data, revise existing records, and keep company databases and systems current.
  • Check information carefully for completeness and correctness before it is entered.
  • Identify inconsistencies in data and make the necessary corrections.
  • Keep both electronic and paper files well organized.
  • Prepare reports and pull information for team members when needed.
  • Protect confidential information and follow company rules for secure handling.
  • Work with colleagues from different teams to collect and update information.
  • Carry out regular quality reviews to support accurate data management.
  • Help with administrative work and any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
  • Experience in data entry, office administration, or clerical work is preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing ability is important for this role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is expected.
  • Experience with database platforms or data handling tools would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits are essential.
  • Ability to plan time well and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills are needed.
