You will handle identity, endpoints, SaaS applications, and office infrastructure while building repeatable solutions that support a distributed and fast-growing workforce. The role calls for strong technical judgment, a solid operational mindset, and comfort in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and device provisioning.
- Maintain support for virtual desktop infrastructure and end-user workstations.
- Use scripting and automation tools to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
- Help strengthen endpoint security, MFA usage, device compliance, and protection controls.
- Troubleshoot issues spanning SaaS platforms, endpoints, identity systems, and network-related layers.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Take part in on-call coverage and provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for urgent incidents.
Required Experience and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations, ideally within cloud-native or high-growth companies.
- Practical experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta or similar systems.
- Hands-on administration of macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune.
- Experience with ITSM systems such as Freshservice or equivalent tools, including ticketing, assets, and automation.
- Strong grasp of user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, device setup, and role-based changes.
- Experience supporting virtual desktop environments and employee workstations.
- Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with exposure to Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Working understanding of cloud security basics, MFA, device compliance, EDR, email security, and MDM controls.
- Ability to diagnose issues across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network environments.
- Experience documenting systems and operational procedures.
- Willingness to join on-call rotations and handle occasional out-of-hours support.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Kubernetes or other container-based environments.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Experience connecting SaaS tools through APIs or automation platforms.
- Knowledge of office networking, hardware, and physical infrastructure.
- Background in startup or scale-up environments.
