Position Overview
Amit Builders is seeking a dependable and meticulous Data Entry Operator to become part of our team. The selected individual will have the responsibility of inputting, updating, and maintaining precise data records within our systems while ensuring all tasks are completed promptly.
Primary Duties
- Accurately enter and update data using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Conduct internet browsing for data gathering, research, and verification purposes.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records systematically.
- Manage basic paperwork and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Check data for errors to guarantee accuracy.
- Meet deadlines by completing assigned tasks on time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Comfortable using internet browsers for research and data verification.
- Good typing speed coupled with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Capability to manage routine paperwork efficiently.
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass (or equivalent).
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or a related position is advantageous.
- Fundamental computer knowledge is beneficial.
