About the Role

American Bath Factory, a prominent manufacturer and retailer specializing in high-quality bathroom products, is seeking meticulous data entry professionals to join their expanding back-office team on-site in Corona, CA. This full-time position supports operational efficiency and smooth order fulfillment within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precisely enter customer orders, detailed product information, and inventory data into ERP and CRM platforms ensuring minimal to no errors.
  • Confirm accuracy of purchase orders, shipping documents, and pricing by cross-referencing vendor catalogs and internal records.
  • Continuously update order statuses, shipping tracking, and inventory logs to coordinate effectively among sales, warehouse, and logistics units.
  • Convert data from scanned materials, emails, and telephone notes into formatted digital templates adhering to company standards.
  • Identify and report any irregularities, outdated data, or incomplete inputs to supervisors promptly to meet service-level agreements.
  • Assist with internal reporting by organizing data clearly and generating exportable reports in Excel, PDF, or CSV formats.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like vlookup, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute combined with high accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with data entry systems like Kofax or DocuWare.
  • Competence in Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, and formula basics.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong error detection capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Must be available for on-site work within the USA and have dependable transportation.
  • Preferred: previous exposure to manufacturing, retail, or wholesale order processing; knowledge of warehouse management systems; basic skills in HTML or PDF editing tools.
