The firm operates across Europe with a rapidly expanding Data & Analytics division focused on sectors including financial services, climate and sustainability, energy, retail, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data-driven initiatives, including hypothesis generation, data acquisition, model development, and result delivery
- Extract insights and effectively communicate findings to senior client stakeholders
- Mentor and support the growth of junior team members
- Travel approximately 50% of the time, balancing between client site visits and remote working, with consideration for individual circumstances
- Collaborate directly within client teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering; advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are common but not mandatory
- Between 3 and 8+ years of hands-on experience working with complex datasets and delivering deployed models
- Professional experience within consulting, leading banks, or specialized financial institutions
- Ability to clearly explain model functions and significance to a non-technical audience
- Proficient in English; additional European languages are advantageous
Additional Information
Location is Berlin with a hybrid working model requiring 2 to 3 days onsite per week. The salary range is €50,000 to €120,000 annually, dependent on experience and level.
