Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, cleanse, and preprocess various datasets to maintain data integrity and prepare for analysis.
• Create, verify, and deploy statistical models that distill actionable insights from intricate datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and prospects for enhancing business operations.
• Deliver insights and recommendations through impactful data visualizations and tailored reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement complete data-driven projects, from conception through execution.
• Refine analytical methods and automate workflows continuously to optimize data processing efficiency.
• Effectively communicate data-driven conclusions clearly in both written and oral formats.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data analytic methods.
• Demonstrated capability managing, organizing, and cleaning extensive and complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data-centric programming languages such as Python, R, or equivalents for manipulation and modeling purposes.
• Expertise in constructing and validating predictive models.
• Advanced skills with data visualization platforms including Tableau, Power BI, or similar libraries.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring high data quality at all workflow stages.
• Excellent communication skills, emphasizing clear and precise presentations in written and spoken forms.
