About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is looking for an experienced dealer to join its casino floor in Newcastle, Northern Ireland. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage table games with accuracy, confidence, and a strong sense of guest service. You will help create an engaging atmosphere while ensuring play remains fair and professional.

The position sits within a busy, 24/7 casino setting, so flexibility for evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends is essential. The role also requires a polished approach, calm decision-making under pressure, and the ability to work as part of a fast-moving team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running live table games on the casino floor with precision and confidence.
• Maintaining fair play while keeping the experience lively and enjoyable for guests.
• Delivering a high level of customer service and creating memorable interactions at the tables.
• Working effectively in a team environment within a high-energy casino setting.
• Staying composed and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere.

Experience and Skills Needed

• Previous experience working as a dealer is required, along with a PFL.
• Strong knowledge of table games and how they are operated.
• Ability to remain calm, accurate, and attentive while under pressure.
• A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in guest experience.
• Comfort working in a 24/7 environment with nights and weekends included.
