Job description

Role overview

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity for an IT Support Analyst. The position focuses on helping users with day-to-day technical issues, keeping systems running smoothly, and making sure support requests are handled efficiently.

What you will do

  • Provide technical assistance to end users across a range of IT issues.
  • Investigate and fix hardware and software problems.
  • Help configure and set up desktop computers and related devices.
  • Handle help desk queries and work toward timely issue resolution.
  • Support overall system stability and contribute to a smooth user experience.

Required qualifications

  • Hands-on knowledge of technical support and help desk processes.
  • Practical experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults.
  • Comfort working with desktop computers and associated technologies.
  • Good understanding of information technology systems and standard practices.
  • Clear communication skills and a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team.
  • A degree or certification in IT or a related discipline is an added advantage.
