Delivery Driver

Role overview

GSF Car Parts is looking for a Delivery Driver to represent the brand on the road and in customer interactions. This position is central to keeping deliveries on schedule, supporting customer satisfaction, and gathering useful feedback from the trade. The role contributes directly to the performance of a busy, high-performing business.

Key duties

• Transport parts to customer locations within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Share relevant customer and competitor information with the branch team.
• Load the vehicle in line with company procedures.
• Pick up customer returns when needed.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance responsibilities.
• Support warehouse activities when required.
• Assist with transfers between branches as needed.

Working pattern

The role is based on an average of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working included.

About you

To be successful, you should have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, at least 3 years of driving experience, and strong local knowledge of the branch’s 40-mile delivery area. Prior experience in a delivery driver position is important, along with a clear understanding of what excellent customer service looks like. You should be able to work to deadlines, manage your time well, and bring a customer-first, proactive approach to the job.
