Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment essential for daily operations.
• Transfer stock from the delivery area to storage, workstations, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare food and related products efficiently.
• Handle telephone orders by receiving and processing them accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete related paperwork.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the facility.
• Deliver products by car to customers’ locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
• Distribute promotional materials like flyers and door hangers.
• Use navigational skills to locate delivery addresses within designated areas, including reading maps.
• Manage deliveries across diverse terrains such as multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying products.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic rapidly and accurately, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; calculator usage may be involved.
• Capability to handle monetary transactions and provide correct change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders proficiently.
• Good motor coordination for precise and quick physical movements.
• Competence using computer keyboards or touch screens to enter orders.
• Clear comprehension and communication of written instructions.
• Excellent verbal interaction skills for effective communication with customers and colleagues both in person and over the phone.
