Role Overview
This position is for a Deputy General Manager with Adani Green Energy Ltd. based in Satara, Maharashtra, India. The role centers on project finance leadership, including planning, reporting, cost discipline, risk oversight, compliance, and ongoing improvement of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans so spending remains within approved limits.
- Prepare and oversee periodic financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Track project costs closely and introduce measures that help reduce waste and improve profitability.
- Identify possible financial exposures and put mitigation plans in place.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Refine financial workflows and systems to improve speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Applicants should hold CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 17 years of experience is required.
- Candidates must have a proven background in managing medium-sized infrastructure projects successfully.
