DGM - Housekeeper

About the Role

This position is for a senior housekeeping leader responsible for maintaining exceptional standards across upcoming luxury residences in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering a clean, well-managed, and hygienic environment while coordinating closely with allied teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of housekeeping activities for the new luxury residences and uphold premium standards for cleanliness, upkeep, and hygiene.
• Supervise everyday housekeeping functions including laundry handling, linen management, refuse disposal, and upkeep of equipment.
• Create and roll out structured cleaning plans that align with client expectations and operational needs.
• Work in close coordination with other functions, including security, to support smooth property operations.

Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate should bring 10 to 20 years of experience in luxury hotels, luxury residences, facility management, or soft services.
• A BHM or BHMCT qualification from a respected hotel management institute is required.
• Applicants should have a strong history of managing luxury hotels, residential properties, or comparable premium environments.
