About the Role

This role is for a senior engineering leader responsible for the smooth functioning of upcoming luxury residences at Jio World Centre in Mumbai. The position covers facility operations, building upkeep, civil upkeep, property administration, and overall residence management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering setup and day-to-day functioning of the upcoming luxury residences, spanning facility operations, building maintenance, civil maintenance, property administration, and residence management.
• Monitor and guide engineering teams to keep maintenance and operational activity running effectively.
• Create and execute practical plans that improve efficiency, control operating costs, and raise customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement better processes.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules, quality expectations, and recognized industry standards.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate should bring 10 to 20 years of experience in engineering management or a closely related area. A B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization from a recognized institute is required. The role also calls for a strong track record of handling large luxury hotels, luxury residences, and complex projects with multiple stakeholders, along with solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
