Job description

Role overview

This is a permanent full-time opportunity for an intermediate Digital Change Analyst to join a Digital PMO environment at Auckland Airport. The position offers scope to build a career in change practice while working alongside experienced Digital Change Managers.

The role centres on supporting digital change initiatives across the airport, with particular emphasis on user readiness, training content, documentation, communications, and stakeholder engagement. It suits someone who is keen to learn, can work through ambiguity, and wants to progress toward a Change Manager pathway.

What you will do

  • Assist Change Managers with project tasks, delivery activities, and key outputs.
  • Prepare and run communications, engagement, and training collateral.
  • Review learning needs and help shape practical training plans.
  • Support the delivery of workshops and training sessions in a hands-on facilitation role.
  • Create and update user-facing documents, including quick reference guides and support materials.
  • Contribute to stakeholder communication and engagement efforts.
  • Work accurately in a documentation-intensive setting where clarity and quality matter.

What you need to succeed

The organisation is looking for someone with experience producing clear, engaging training content in both print and digital formats, along with the confidence to analyse information, plan sessions, and facilitate workshops.

Exposure to change work such as communications, training, or broader change activity is important, as is the ability to turn data into straightforward, user-friendly insights. The ideal person will show initiative, communicate well with stakeholders at all levels, think from a customer perspective, and remain effective when the environment is uncertain.

A strong desire to grow into a Change Manager role is a key part of the profile. The successful candidate should also align with the airport's values and take a purpose-led, people-focused approach to their work.
