Role Overview
We seek a Digital Marketing Associate to expand our remote team. The position includes a 2 to 3 months paid training and evaluation phase at half the normal salary rate. Successful candidates will transition into a long-term team role. No prior marketing experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Ideal candidates are hands-on, data-oriented, and eager to use digital platforms to make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and improve digital marketing campaigns on Meta Ads platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and develop advertisements including static images, carousel ads, reels, videos, and motion graphics.
- Manage SEO and keyword strategies to enhance website ranking and visibility.
- Produce or collaborate on content such as emails, blog posts, landing pages, and social media updates.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics like click-through rates, cost-per-click, return on ad spend, and conversion levels.
- Administer email marketing tools and automation processes like Zapier.
- Compile performance data reports and deliver insightful recommendations for improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Motivated, hands-on individual who is data-driven and enthusiastic about leveraging digital marketing despite no prior experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills enabling interpretation of data and strategic adjustments.
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines, and managing responsibilities independently.
