Position Overview

We are searching for a Digital Media Coordinator to aid in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns. This role suits an analytical and detail-focused individual eager to build skills in digital performance marketing within a dynamic agency setting. Responsibilities include campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and optimization using platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook. Proficiency in Excel and a data-driven marketing mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in paid media bidding, beginning with paid search and expanding to paid social and display advertising.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports covering all paid media channels.
  • Collaborate and maintain communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Continuously analyze and monitor paid search and display campaigns to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement aligned with client goals.
  • Create, launch, optimize, and manage paid search and display campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook.
  • Conduct testing for search ad copy and banner ads following best practices to enhance performance.
  • Perform keyword, placement, and market research to add to new and existing campaigns.
  • Execute quality assurance on campaign setups and after campaign launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Certifications such as Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, DoubleClick, and Bing are advantageous.
  • Experience with bulk uploads or using Google Ads Editor is preferred.
  • Ability to construct basic campaign frameworks on multiple engines.
  • Competence in generating reports and deriving insights on campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities when reviewing data.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLookups, Pivot Tables, and chart creation.

Working Conditions

This position requires presence in the office three days a week; remote work options are unavailable.
