Digital Production Assistant, B/R Live

Role Overview

We seek a sport-enthusiast creative professional to join the Bleacher Report video production team, assisting producers with live event rundown creation, talent coordination, graphic production, and postproduction feedback for various deliverables. The role demands effective communication, proactive task management, and the capacity to work under deadlines. Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights and weekends, and occasional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support producers in executing live broadcasts on the B/R App and YouTube platforms.
• Create and manage graphics for live sports shows.
• Collaborate with content creators to align livestream content objectives.
• Oversee postproduction edits for video-on-demand materials.
• Lead research efforts for both live and postproduction shoots.
• Collect and edit footage into highlight packages using Adobe Premiere.
• Provide coverage with rapid turnaround for breaking sports news.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in sports media or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm and knowledge of sports.
• Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure production settings with quick deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of anticipating and managing assigned tasks independently.
• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to production challenges.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and Photoshop.

Additional Information
