Job description

About Mirata Digital

Mirata Digital is a performance marketing agency focused on content-driven strategies that serve renovation businesses across Australia, including builders, bathroom renovators, roofers, and deck builders. The team works closely with videographers, editors, and web developers to deliver meaningful results that help clients grow their businesses and gain more free time.

Role Overview

This position provides an opportunity to fully own client accounts rather than assist on them. You will be the primary contact and strategist for clients, responsible for creative direction, campaign management, reporting, and shaping client relationships. Initial onboarding includes shadowing existing accounts and daily support from the founders before independently managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted primary liaison for clients, understanding their objectives and challenges from onboarding forward.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and reporting that correlate campaign metrics with actual booked jobs.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and bring solutions before clients notice problems.
  • Develop tailored content and advertising strategies that effectively drive business results.
  • Master and implement the agency’s proprietary system that turns content and ads into confirmed bookings.
  • Determine strategic adjustments by analyzing and optimizing creative elements, offers, targeting, budget allocation, and follow-up processes.
  • Brief internal videography and editing teams while ensuring creative outputs align with client objectives.
  • Create, launch, and actively manage Meta advertising campaigns end to end, including writing or briefing ad variations and continuous testing.
  • Evaluate channels and leads based on their quality and conversion to booked jobs, prioritizing effectiveness over cost per lead.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the renovation market, understanding how homeowners decide and what strategies convert best.
  • Manage CRM systems using GoHighLevel, including pipeline development, automation, and booking workflows, with built-in training and support.
  • Collaborate with web developers to optimize landing pages from initial offers through to effective follow-up actions post-submission.
  • Maintain rigorous tracking to attribute leads accurately and ensure clients fully utilize systems to prevent lead loss.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 to 2 years managing client accounts as the main point of contact in marketing settings.
  • Experience with Meta Ads hands-on for 1+ years, capable of building campaigns, interpreting data, and adjusting strategies effectively.
  • Commercially aware, focusing on lead quality and downstream conversions rather than just ad costs.
  • Proactive in asking insightful questions to understand the reasons behind campaign performance, beyond surface-level metrics.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia.

Preferred but Not Required Skills

  • Experience working with clients in trades, renovation, or construction sectors.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics.
  • Background in content strategy or short-form video production.
  • Previous agency work experience.

Why Join Us?

  • Real responsibility and full ownership of client accounts with the authority to make decisions and witness outcomes.
  • Meaningful work impacting family-run businesses rather than just optimizing generic metrics.
  • Flexible work location—fully remote or based at our Newcastle office.
  • Comprehensive training on systems, tools, and the renovation industry, with gradual account handover.
  • Direct communication and mentorship with company founders, enabling genuine input on agency growth.
  • Opportunities for career growth, with prospects to build and lead the strategy function as the agency expands.
  • A dynamic, close-knit team encouraging rapid idea testing and implementation.

Location and Work Hours

This is a full-time role offering both local and remote working options. Based in Newcastle’s Carrington area, the office is available for those nearby, but the role prioritizes skill and fit over location.
