Role Overview
The Director of Operations Support & Strategy plays a pivotal role in collaborating with WelbeHealth leadership to implement strategic and operational initiatives designed to boost both clinical and operational outcomes. Emphasizing complex problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and streamlined management processes, this position drives measurable improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale operational and strategic projects aiming to enhance performance, especially in clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and growth initiatives.
- Establish and direct interdisciplinary teams addressing programs across shared functions and market operations.
- Identify gaps in management processes and operational areas proactively and develop effective solutions aligned with key stakeholders.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in strategic planning and governance for operational projects.
- Recruit, mentor, supervise, and coach operational team members for optimal performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MHP) preferred.
- At least five years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles supporting enterprise-level clinical operations initiatives.
- Minimum two years in a supervisory capacity with proven team development skills.
- Strong passion for improving healthcare quality and cost-effectiveness in the U.S.
- Comprehensive knowledge of managed care systems and how initiatives affect quality and total cost of care.
- Robust analytical abilities to derive insights from incomplete qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and creating effective presentations.
- Clinical experience is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $159,939 to $211,120 plus bonus opportunities.
