Position Overview
Join the Ennis, County Clare Specsavers team as a Dispensing Optician dedicated to delivering excellent customer care and outstanding patient experiences. This role involves being a key figure on the clinic floor and participating in store management responsibilities to support and enhance the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service to all clients.
- Collaborate with Optometrists to ensure seamless and high-quality patient handovers.
- Manage aftersales service attentively, addressing complaints and resolving issues effectively within a customer-focused framework.
- Use professional sales skills to contribute towards both personal and team sales goals.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a qualified and CORU registered Dispensing Optician who embraces the store's ethos and is enthusiastic about growth and professional development. We look for someone confident in making clinical judgments, enjoys hands-on work, and values building strong relationships within the team.
