Role Overview

The Distributor position is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur Nagar, responsible for managing the distribution of products to retailers, wholesalers, and business partners. Key duties include handling order receipt and processing, coordinating with the warehouse team, organizing inventory, and planning delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Additional responsibilities involve maintaining strong client relationships by addressing service concerns, gathering customer feedback, and supporting promotional initiatives within assigned geographic areas. The Distributor must adhere to company policies, keep precise transaction and stock records, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or related areas, capable of managing inventory and scheduling deliveries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail in managing orders and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to develop and sustain professional relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and team members.
• Basic numeracy and computer proficiency for stock tracking, report preparation, and use of distribution or inventory systems.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Kanpur Nagar and travel locally for deliveries and client engagements as needed.
• Reliability, integrity, and a customer-oriented approach to solving problems and delivering services.
• Prior work experience in food or FMCG industries is advantageous; a minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
