Role Overview

The Driver position at Concorde Doha Hotel is a full-time role based onsite in Doha. The principal duty is to transport guests, staff, and materials safely and professionally, adhering to hotel policies and local traffic laws. Responsibilities include operating assigned vehicles, conducting routine vehicle checks, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and managing pickup and drop-off schedules efficiently.

Key Duties

• Drive the hotel’s vehicles ensuring passenger and cargo safety.
• Assist guests with their luggage courteously and professionally.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with guests and team members.
• Monitor vehicle condition regularly and report any issues promptly.
• Keep accurate logs of trips and vehicle usage.
• Work in coordination with front office and concierge teams to enhance guest experience.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proficient in driving trucks or similar vehicles, ideally holding a CDL Class A or equivalent heavy-duty vehicle license.
• Good command of spoken English for effective communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
• Possession of a valid local driving license suitable for the vehicle type and knowledge of Doha’s traffic regulations and roads.
• Reliable and punctual, with an emphasis on safety and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fuel, oil, and tire condition.
• Prior experience in hospitality or guest-facing transportation roles is advantageous.
