About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous Ecommerce Shipping Agent to be an integral member of our Supply Chain team. This role focuses on managing the complete cycle of online order processing, from precise picking and packing to shipment and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online customer orders ensuring accurate selection, packing, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with courier services to guarantee timely delivery and regularly update shipment tracking details.
- Address shipping concerns, manage returns, and respond to customer inquiries related to shipments.
- Keep comprehensive records of shipping activities and assist in optimizing warehouse and fulfillment processes.
Qualification and Skills Required
- Completion of high school or a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or an associated discipline is advantageous.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or order fulfillment preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping operations and coordinating with courier services is essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
