Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Trading Coordinator to manage the daily operations of regional Jimmy Choo websites. This role includes overseeing inventory management, coordinating product launches, and providing actionable insights to support growth initiatives within the ecommerce platform.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and analyze trading KPIs and website analytics on varying timescales, feeding insights into global eCommerce reviews.
- Work collaboratively with regional teams to ensure website content and merchandising are tailored to local market requirements.
- Coordinate seasonal and capsule collection rollouts, ensuring timely product launches and accurate onsite updates, while managing pre-order inventory processes.
- Take ownership of inventory management by maintaining stock visibility across ecommerce operations, sharing key reports, overseeing fulfillment protocols, and alerting management to stock challenges.
- Analyze customer behavior via relevant platforms to enhance user journey and influence future development strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging industry trends, recommending sales-driving strategies and technological innovations such as AI integration.
- Partner with Performance Marketing teams to align regional marketing campaigns with category priorities.
- Supervise and manage the Trading Assistant team member.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of online trading experience, ideally in a luxury retail context.
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, FullStory, and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
The compensation for this full-time role ranges between 30,000 and 37,000 Euros annually, adjusted based on skills and experience.
