Role Overview

The position requires an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Educational Consultant to guide prospective international students through their educational journey. Responsibilities include delivering expert counselling, managing admissions procedures, interacting with educational partners, and supporting recruitment and marketing efforts to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with students and parents to determine academic background, career plans, and education goals.
• Provide detailed guidance on program selection, university options, admission prerequisites, scholarships, and career outcomes.
• Assist students with application preparation, documentation reviews, and track admission statuses.
• Coordinate with partner universities and admissions personnel to facilitate smooth processes.
• Advise students on visa application requirements and support document preparation.
• Stay informed on immigration policies to ensure compliance with institutional standards.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, recruitment agents, and scholarship organizations.
• Represent Intarel at institutional meetings, educational fairs, and related networking events.
• Participate actively in recruitment campaigns, organize school visits, host webinars, and create educational marketing content.
• Manage CRM systems, maintain client records, generate recruitment performance reports, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Guidance and Counselling, Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• At least two years of practical experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or admissions coordination.
