Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Service Delivery Manager to oversee comprehensive B2B telecom service delivery across the entire process, from order initiation through activation. This role involves managing service level agreements (SLA), coordinating with vendors, ensuring effective provisioning, handling escalations, driving automation initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth service activation and high customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Graduates holding degrees such as B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology, B.Sc in IT, or any other graduate qualification.
Experience ranging from 6 to 8 years in telecom B2B service delivery, including Lead-to-Activate (L2A) processes.
Proficient in order fulfillment procedures, vendor management, and SLA governance.
Strong skills in customer engagement, root cause analysis (RCA), automation, and stakeholder coordination.
