About the Role

Income Solution is seeking an Equity Dealer / Terminal Operator based at Hadpasar, Pune. The salary offered ranges from ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,50,000 annually, depending on experience and location. This role involves supporting clients with equity trading operations and wealth management products.

Key Responsibilities

• Address client queries related to fund payouts, margin requirements, and trade confirmations.
• Assist clients in understanding their contract notes, ledger statements, and portfolio holdings.
• Provide guidance on the usage of mobile trading applications and web-based platforms.
• Update and maintain KYC documentation to ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
• Support wealth management activities involving mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management services.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Basic knowledge of stock market terminology, including T+1 settlement, margin, and order types like CNC and MIS.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to remain patient and professional when dealing with clients under pressure during market hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic CRM software tools.
• A graduate degree in any field, with preference given to B.Com or MBA qualified candidates.
• Between six months and three years of experience in stockbroking or banking back-office roles.
• Possession of NISM Series VIII certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
