Equity Research Analyst – AI Model Training (Part-Time, Remote)

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading AI research organization seeking experienced equity research analysts to support the development of their latest language model. Successful candidates will apply their sector expertise to help build, review, and improve AI-generated financial presentations and slide decks that simulate professional research processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, critique, and enhance AI-created slides across multiple equity research functions, including initiation report visuals, earnings preview/review decks, industry summaries, investment thesis one-pagers, and marketing presentations for investor relations.
• Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of model-generated content, providing actionable feedback to refine communication relating to valuation, industry analysis, and investment theses.
• Collaborate remotely with AI development teams to ensure output meets high industry standards for financial storytelling and analytical rigor.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience conducting equity research at a reputable sell-side or independent research institution.
• Proven mastery of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and clear articulation of investment rationales both visually and in writing.
• High proficiency in creating and polishing slides using PowerPoint; exceptional written English and keen attention to detail are critical.

Compensation and Schedule

• Compensation is $100 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $2,000 per week depending on your availability.
• Flexible remote work, with an expected commitment of 5–20 hours per week (more hours available upon request).
• Start date is immediate; work to fit your own schedule from any location.
