Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in analyzing construction plans, estimating costs, preparing bid proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle using construction management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret construction plans and specifications to identify project needs.
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to refine cost projections.
• Develop thorough and detailed bid proposals for client consideration.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track and manage project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Assess and analyze change orders to evaluate their cost impact.
• Utilize construction management software for accurate estimating and tracking.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong grasp of cost control.
• Familiarity with construction and project management processes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents accurately.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and clear communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines reliably.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $110,000 to $150,000 per year, along with bonus opportunities.
