About Open Circle Event Tour
Open Circle is hosting a tour featuring 17 free community food truck nights citywide across Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) from August through November 2026, covering locations from Warkworth to Pukekohe one park at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site event activities including setup, signage, managing event flow, and pack-down at each location.
- Serve as primary contact for vendors and stakeholders present during events.
- Create and share live updates and social media content throughout each event.
- Ensure smooth operations and positive experiences for vendors, visitors, and crew members.
- Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events.
- Contribute to growing the Open Circle Tour’s reputation and recognition across Auckland.
Candidate Profile
- Outgoing and friendly personality, comfortable being the main representative at events.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel to various Auckland venues.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, think swiftly, and maintain a positive attitude in busy situations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks.
- Preferably university students or recent graduates, though candidates from other backgrounds are welcome to apply.
