Company Overview
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is part of a global hospitality network with 90 distinctive properties already operating and 34 more in development across 30 countries. Its portfolio spans iconic destinations, from Hawaiian beaches and Canada’s national parks to London and the deserts of the United Arab Emirates.
Property Overview
Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park rises above Chicago’s lakefront and Millennium Park, and is recognized for its strong food and beverage presence in the city. The property recently introduced a partnership with Richard Sandoval Hospitality for Toro, a large-scale pan-Latin restaurant and tequila bar. Guests also enjoy well-appointed rooms and suites, including 84 renovated rooms, the Fairmont Gold Lounge, and a selection of premium amenities, seasonal pop-ups, and event spaces.
About Toro by Richard Sandoval
Toro brings a lively Latin-inspired dining experience centered on celebration and shared food. The concept features small plates, a Suviche bar combining sushi and ceviche, an energetic Rum Bar atmosphere, hand-muddled cocktails, Latin wines, and a curated range of sugarcane spirits selected by tequila specialists.
