  • Receive a complimentary meal through the colleague dining program.
  • Access the Pacific Northwest Food & Beverage Discount Program, with 50% off at participating dining venues in Vancouver, Victoria, and Whistler.
  • Use the travel reimbursement program for a TransLink monthly pass.
  • Enjoy a benefits package that may include health, paramedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible employees.
  • Be eligible for a company-matched pension plan and the Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan where requirements are met.
  • Receive a complimentary hotel stay for newly hired employees, including breakfast for two, through the BE OUR GUEST program.
  • Take part in sustainability, charitable, and community-focused initiatives.
  • Benefit from world-class training, leadership development, and career growth opportunities across a global hospitality network.
  • Work with a diverse, energetic team in a luxury environment where each day is different.
  • Access discounted room rates at Fairmont hotels worldwide, along with special rates at other Accor properties.

Key Duties

  • Welcome guests, complete check-ins, respond to requests, and handle account settlement with a high standard of service.
  • Add a personal touch to the guest experience by anticipating needs and going beyond routine service.
  • Actively present hotel facilities and identify chances to improve the guest stay through upselling.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings prior hotel housekeeping experience, with supervisory or team leadership exposure considered an advantage. Success in this role also requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to guide and motivate a varied team in a busy setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is also important.
