Primary Responsibilities
- Comprehend and design solutions aligned with business processes.
- Offer support for business applications utilized by end users.
- Map and configure textile-related business activities using ERP/INTEX platforms.
- Gather user requirements; translate them into data mappings, documentation, and detailed system requirement specifications.
- Utilize SQL for table management and data handling.
- Manage issue logs and track trouble tickets effectively.
- Coordinate escalations and liaise with solution providers or vendors to resolve issues.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in any discipline, accompanied by 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Key Skills
