About the Role
Amazon is looking for a highly capable, self-driven individual to provide executive support within the Global Outsourcing division, part of the Amazon Customer Service team. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, outstanding attention to detail, timely execution of tasks, and strong organizational aptitude. The ideal candidate must handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, interacting effectively with senior staff both internally and externally. Quick decision-making and autonomy in managing complex projects without extensive guidance are key.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately manage several intricate calendars and scheduling needs.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of important deliverables by following up on pending items.
- Keep organizational charts current and well-maintained.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements including workspace planning and team relocations.
- Plan and organize both domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Facilitate team events and offsite meetings from planning through execution.
- Encourage and maintain a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants across the Customer Service division and the wider company to provide cohesive support.
Team Overview
The Global Outsourcing team acts as the key liaison between Amazon and outsourcing partners responsible for Customer Service operations. They oversee partner performance management related to supply metrics, quality standards, and customer experience goals. This team administers operational cadence such as weekly business reviews, manages escalations, conducts site visits, and drives continuous improvements by leveraging data insights, coaching partners, and applying structured escalation processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least two years of experience supporting senior leadership or minimum one year of experience within Amazon.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related applications.
- Demonstrated experience managing executive-level calendars.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Background working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Skilled in managing multiple complex calendars simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,200 to $97,400 USD. Compensation includes sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
