About the Role

Myntra seeks a capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CXO. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations by managing schedules, communications, and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel organization.
  • Effectively prioritize and organize the CXO's calendar for optimal time management, coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the CXO and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt and clear correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and monitor follow-up actions to maintain momentum on decisions.
  • Assist with the drafting, editing, and proofreading of reports, presentations, and correspondence to uphold quality and accuracy.
  • Plan and manage special events, company-wide meetings, and related engagements.
  • Support project management efforts that involve the CXO to drive key initiatives to completion.
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans covering flights, accommodations, transportation, and logistics.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Provide support on various special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in an equivalent role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with superior time-management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with other office management tools.
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive data.
  • Attentive to detail with excellent problem-solving aptitude.
