About the Role
Consilio's Direct Hire Division is collaborating with a top global law firm to recruit a Legal Executive Assistant. This individual will provide essential support to attorneys within the Private Equity and Corporate sectors, acting as a trusted partner in managing everyday legal practice operations, communication with clients, coordination of workflows, and administrative tasks.
Location and Compensation
Position is based in Miami, FL with a hybrid work schedule: three days onsite and two days remote after approximately two months. The yearly salary ranges from $80,000 to $106,000.
Core Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage attorneys' workflows, projects, and deadlines to ensure priorities are handled effectively.
- Serve as the communication bridge between attorneys, clients, and internal departments, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
- Prepare, review, format, and finalize legal documents, communications, presentations, and other materials.
- Handle meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, materials distribution, and follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with Legal Administrative Assistants, Legal Support Assistants, and shared services to guarantee timely task completion.
- Assist with billing processes, such as pre-bill reviews, invoice coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain structured electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are well-organized and accessible.
- Perform research and collect materials needed for attorney briefings, client meetings, and practice development.
- Track attorney expenses and manage time-entry processes to meet deadlines.
- Develop strong relationships firm's wide and foster teamwork among support staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least five years of experience providing executive, legal, or senior administrative support.
- Experience working in law firms, financial institutions, private equity firms, investment management, or large corporate organizations is highly favored.
- Previous support for Corporate, Private Equity, Transactional, Investment Funds, or similar legal practices is advantageous.
