Role overview

In this position, you will help plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives across Frasers Property Singapore’s retail portfolio, with the aim of increasing mall visitation, shopper engagement, and brand loyalty. The role involves shaping campaign concepts and rollout plans, coordinating advertising within malls and on the ground, and supporting social media, the FRx rewards program, digital communications, and content creation in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

You should enjoy organising and executing shopper-focused events and experiences, and be able to tell compelling stories through strong writing and visuals across different media channels.

This role reports to the Manager, Marketing and works closely with the Assistant Director, Marketing (Portfolio) on campaign and project delivery.

Portfolio campaign planning and management

  • Assist with end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple malls in Frasers Property Singapore’s retail portfolio, from brief development through to post-campaign review.
  • Prepare campaign plans covering goals, KPIs, audience segments, messaging, campaign mechanics, and channel mix across digital, social, FRx, EDM, in-mall, and on-ground channels.
  • Maintain workplans and timelines, and coordinate inputs, deliverables, and deployment needs with internal stakeholders, mall marketing teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely production and installation.
  • Compile campaign performance tracking and reporting using data from multiple channels, including weekly updates and post-campaign reviews, and identify learnings and actions to improve future campaigns.
  • Support campaign budget management and cost monitoring to keep spending within approved limits, including handling end-to-end procurement tasks such as sourcing, quote comparisons, documentation, service agreements, and vendor coordination.

In-mall advertising and on-ground execution

  • Coordinate in-mall advertising materials for portfolio campaigns, such as digital screens, posters, standees, wayfinding, and mall messaging, while keeping branding consistent across locations and adapting to local needs.

Social media, FRx and shopper communications

  • Partner with the appointed digital marketing agency to develop social media plans that define themes, content formats, posting schedules, and major campaign milestones.
  • Support campaign launches through member communications and targeted promotional pushes aligned with campaign goals.
  • Create and send EDMs and campaign communications that help drive event participation, offers, and rewards awareness.
  • Monitor social media channels, reply to comments and enquiries professionally and promptly, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Review digital performance data and suggest improvements to content mix, timing, formats, and targeting.
  • Assist with storyboards, script proofreading, onsite interview coordination, and liaison with third-party service providers.
  • Manage media assets such as photographs and videos.

Additional information

The position calls for someone who is data-aware, highly organised, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and agencies. Strong English copywriting, editing, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills are important. Experience with multimedia content creation, including short-form video, basic editing, storyboarding, and photography, will be an advantage.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or branding within the retail sector.
  • Ability and willingness to learn how to plan and deliver marketing campaigns that balance customer experience, data insights, and business results.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
  • Good English copywriting and editing ability.
  • Solid coordination and project management skills, including managing timelines, multiple stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and deliver within project deadlines.
  • Creative interest in running integrated campaigns across in-mall, social, digital/FRx, EDM, and on-ground channels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility when dealing with challenges.
  • Multimedia/content creation abilities such as short-form video, simple editing, storyboarding, and photography are a plus.
