Experienced Waitstaff

About the Role

We are looking to hire a dependable and experienced Waitstaff member to serve in a dynamic airport bar and restaurant setting. This position demands at least two years' experience in a busy hospitality environment, with the ability to flourish under pressure while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, courteous, and excellent service to every guest.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests warmly at the restaurant and bar.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items including wines, hot and cold drinks, and desserts.
• Ensure prompt and high-standard presentation of all food and beverage offerings as per management guidelines.
• Prepare and tidy the restaurant, bar, and related food and beverage areas before and after service.
• Take part actively in all provided training sessions.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable manner with colleagues and guests alike.
• Follow company cash handling procedures strictly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Willingness to consistently deliver top-notch customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in hospitality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late nights and early mornings starting from 3 AM.
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation.

Additional Information
