Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in preventative maintenance and possess practical skills in troubleshooting and repairing various equipment and facility-related issues. This role requires foundational knowledge in electrical work, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general mechanical repairs.
Key Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks
- Experience with maintenance work including painting and carpentry
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and safely utilize ladders
- Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with insurance criteria
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and be available for on-call duties
- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Endurance to stand, lift, and bend for continuous periods up to 8 hours in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, and moisture
- Commitment to promoting workplace safety and efficient work habits
