Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee property management operations in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in both Arabic and English. A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise property management company's adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Track maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion within Service Level Agreements.
  • Review and approve operational reports prior to forwarding to management.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections, document findings, and manage required follow-up actions.
  • Manage occupancy data, vacancies, lease agreements, and maintenance issues collaboratively with the management company.
  • Implement meeting decisions, document minutes, and monitor action progress.
  • Facilitate coordination between property management and engineering teams to ensure prompt project execution.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance and maintenance reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases covering buildings, units, contracts, and inspection records.
  • Report critical observations, risks, and recommendations to management and coordinate corrective measures.
