Role Overview
The Farm Planner role, based in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for ensuring the health, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through daily attentive care and consistent farm management. This includes maintaining stable production levels by adhering to biosecurity protocols, implementing feeding schedules, and controlling environmental factors to maximize egg or meat production. The position involves supporting operational activities such as vaccination programs, maintaining accurate records, cleaning procedures, and equipment upkeep.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Poultry Production, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience working in GP poultry farms or comparable roles.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong understanding of poultry farming with emphasis on breeding farm practices.
- Knowledgeable in brooding, feeding techniques, and egg collection processes.
- Dedicated to animal welfare and adherence to safety and farm standards.
- Accurate monitoring of flock health, feed quality, and environmental conditions.
